It has been a busy year for us and we have been working with clients from all over the country. Here are some highlights from some of the projects of 2018.
Redesigning the roadside assistance experience
We partnered with a national member association with 58 million members in the United States and Canada. Where we help set up a new Member Experience team. We also helped them with redesigning the roadside assistance experience, by gathering member insights and developing a member journey map.
Developing a strategic plan for a new Customer Experience team
A regional bank in Texas was looking to grow in non-traditional markets through better customer experience. We helped the new team baseline the current customer experience and develop a strategic plan for the future.
Design Thinking for executives
We facilitated a two-day workshop session on design thinking for the City of San Antonio leadership team. As a result, we were asked to help with introducing user-centered design techniques on several City projects.
Innovative Leadership curriculum for senior executives
We helped develop the curriculum for a professional development series for senior leaders in San Antonio.
